IGAWorks User Privacy Policy

[OVERVIEW] This privacy policy outlines the user privacy policy applied to client companies using IGAWorks’ services.

[USING IGAWorks’ SERVICES]

IGAWorks provides various services to client companies including, but not limited to, analytics and tracking through the ADBRIX brand, push messaging, coupons and pop-up notices through the LIVE OPERATION brand, advertising through ADPOPCORN, TRADINGWORKS and TF2 brands. IGAWorks provides its services through various methods including, but not limited to, Software Development Kits (SDKs) and/or Server-to-Server communications with the client company’s application and/or service. The client company selectively uses the various services provided by IGAWorks, and the client company retains the sole right to select and use or not use particular services provided by IGAWorks. The client company can collect various data to analyze various usage patterns of end-users using the client company’s service. In the process, the client company may selectively collect nonpersonal user data such as irreversibly encrypted, transmitted and received lawfully recognized nonpersonal unique device identifiers such as ADID and IDFA, irreversibly encrypted, transmitted and received language information, irreversibly encrypted, transmitted and received device name, irreversibly encrypted, transmitted and received networks environment, irreversibly encrypted, transmitted and received telecommunications carrier, irreversibly encrypted, transmitted and received OS version, irreversibly encrypted, transmitted and received resolution, irreversibly encrypted, transmitted and received user service usage through IGAWorks’ services, and IGAWorks may use this data for statistical purposes to improve its services for the client companies and users.

[NO COLLECTION OF PRIVATE INFORMATION BY IGAWORKS]

IGAWorks does not collect nor allows its client companies to collect or store any data or information construed as private information, such as addresses, date of birth, email, political alignment, religious alignment, health or IMEI. IGAWorks does not process any information for the purpose of identifying specific individuals, and do not provide any such service or function to its client companies. Also, IGAWorks provides Opt-Out functions with the cooperation of its client companies.
