You must go through QA when you integrate adPOPcorn OfferWall service for advertisement & monetization.

If your app is for Android, it must call endSession when it goes to background process.
In most cases, you can call endSession at onPause(), but you need to do extra processing if you use force to shutdown like processKill.
Read following guide to fix endSession issue.
An Android app must call startSession API as app launches.
Especially when you run a CPI(Cost per install)campaign, it must call startSession within a second.
You need to comply the above condition even if you use third party engines such as Unity may slow down the app.
AdPOPcorn service is to provide reward to user participated to campaign.
Therefore, the reward must be given in advance.
If reward system isn't working even if an user participated, you must double check if reward server Integration is working properly and updated information from developer's callback server is showing up on an app.
When you use several receivers, using same tags on each receiver might cause rejection.
Use only one tag and set IGAWorks Receiver as a main receiver to solve this problem.
Refer the below guide to change receiver setting to fix this issue.

If you use the same app key for both Android and iOS, Android / iOS campaigns will show up on one campaign list.
In this case, participation of the campaign for both platform may cause problem.
Please use separate keys to make sure campaign is properly showed up on campaign list for participation.
Please disable test device setting by following steps below.
1. I Access IGAWorks.
2. Access to adPOPcorn OfferWall
3. Go to QA and Optimization
4. Disable test device setting
