It's the user who installed and opened the app for the first time after integrating adbrix SDK.
New User Definition:
When a new app releases with Igacommon SDK, you can analyze new user from the beginning.
For instance, if you install Igacommon SDK after 6 months the app's release, Users who's been using the app are going to be gathered as new users.
Users who deleted the app:
If the users opened the app with SDK at least once, they don't count as new even if they reinstalled the app.
It brings each App Market's ranks.-Android: Crawling the data from Google Play using web-crawling method.-iOS: Use API to call Apple Store data.
adPOPcorn CPI User : A user acquired from IGAWorks' CPI/CPA campaigns
Non-Organic User : A user acquired from other campaigns with adbrix tracking link no including adPOPcorn CPI/CPA campaign
Organic User : A user acquired from App Market excluding 'adPOPcorn CPI' and 'Non-Organic" user
※ Organic User = Active User - (adPOPcorn CPI User + Non Organic User)
It's an unique value that indicates how long new users stick to the app(+1d for a day after and +2d for two days after).
adbrix's retention uses Classic Method to measure retention rate.
*How to calculate Classic Retention
adbrix's WAU(Weekly Active User) and MAU(Monthly Active User) indicate users who opened the app within a week or a month on selected date excluding duplicates.
Therefore, they are unique values that mean,
4/30 WAU = Active User from 24th ~ 30th, April.
4/30 MAU = Active User from 1st ~ 30th, April.
High stickness means more users open the app frequently within a week or a month.
Stickness(W) = DAU/WAU*100
Stickness(M) = DAU/MAU*100
It means new users who installed the app 7 days ago from selected date and haven't opened the app since than.
D+7 inactive user shows the same.
There's no limit, but if there are too many activities, it is hard to see the report.
We recommend to integrate each activity as per your convenient.
We offer three APIs: firstTimeExperience API for New Users Analysis, Retention API for All User Analysis, Buy API for Purchase Analysis
-firstTimeExperience API: You can find out how new users behave after opening an app on the first day at New User Session menu by using firstTimeExperience API. For instance, if an user who installs an app on 1/1 23:50 and plays until level 5 on that day and hits level 6 on a next day at 00:05, adbrix measures New User Session of that user as level 5.
-Retention API: You can find out how user behave in your app on certain activity such as Registration, level 5 completion by using Retention API. You can also integrate firstTimeExperience API with Retention API on the same activity. We recommend to integrate both firstTimeExperience API and Retention API on activity for deeper insight.
-Buy API: You can find out user's first purchase data at 'First-time Purchase' by using Buy API. Plus, you can see detailed revenue analysis at 'Revenue Report' menu by using Buy API.
- Tip for Advanced Analytics APIs: If you integrate above three APIs on certain activity, you can see user's behavior in Funnel structure. adbrix counts the number of session time on the activity, not the number of user who activate the activity. (For instance, if an user purchase the item twice, adbrix counts purchase as two).
Cohort Analysis offers various cohort variables such as level and stages to analyze an index.
Including default values like Tracking Link, Country, OS Version, and Date, you can add three custom variables such as level, stage, and score. You can set up to 7 variables.
